Receiver-friendly

Live chat is only for saved registered CRIV contacts, uses manual decrypt by default, and is purged from the server when the last participant leaves.

Create a private account

When both sides are registered, logged in, and saved in each other's Contacts, CRIV can open live chat with manual decrypt per message and optional local export before leaving.

Privacy baseline
Private by policy and by product shape
CRIV is set up as an installable client for private exchange, not a social platform. The registration flow requests only the minimum credentials required to manage a private account.
CRIV intentionally avoids separate iOS App Store and Google Play apps. Native store distribution can add more account linkage, device-level identifiers, review dependencies, and third-party policy exposure than this product direction wants. The private PWA keeps installation simple while reducing that extra surface.

No. Voice calls, video calls, and secure call mail are only available to logged-in registered CRIV users. Free receiver-only access is for decrypting delivered text or files, not for calls.
Only logged-in registered CRIV users who already saved each other in Contacts can use live chat. Free receiver-only access does not include live chat.
CRIV live chat is designed to purge server-side chat data when the last participant leaves the page. If a client wants to keep a copy, they should use Save Chat to Device before leaving.
Payment is due after the seven-day free trial. After one blockchain confirmation, the paid account is activated for the next yearly term.
