Request permanent account deletion

You can permanently delete your CRIV account from the Profile page after signing in.

1. Sign in to your CRIV account.
2. Open Profile and find Delete account.
3. Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion removes the account record and associated CRIV contacts, messages, call data, chat data, security records, and stored encrypted files. The action cannot be undone. Records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be kept only for the required period.

Deleting your CRIV account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play before deleting the account to prevent future renewal charges.
